You are paying for our time, expertise, and effort to coordinate delivery—not the virtual content itself. All assets are procured legally through gameplay, in-game trades, or purchases made with Roblox's official currency.

growmygarden.shop operates independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or integrated into Roblox's platform, services, or marketplace. All coordination, besides the act of in-game trading, occurs off-platform, and no part of our service modifies, interferes with, or exploits Roblox systems.

We do not:

• Interfere with, exploit, or automate Roblox systems
• Guarantee any game outcomes, advantages, or endorsements

• It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the correct Roblox username is provided. Errors in usernames may lead to failed delivery with no refund, and it is the responsibility of the consumer to communicate with staff looking to resolve the issue.

All payments are due at checkout. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

REFUND & DISPUTE POLICY

• Refunds are only offered in cases where no delivery has occurred and the request is made within 48-72 hours of purchase.
• No refunds will be issued once a delivery is complete.
• Disputes raised via third-party payment processors (e.g., chargebacks) will result in immediate service termination and account blacklisting.

CHARGEBACK & FRAUD POLICY

  • Blacklisting from future purchases

SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS & FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or service failures caused by:

NO GUARANTEE OF ITEM AVAILABILITY

growmygarden.shop is not affiliated with Grow a Garden and does not guarantee the future existence, performance, or value of any interactive property used in Roblox's Grow a Garden game. Assets may be removed, deprecated, or modified at any time by the game developer or Roblox Corporation. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• We do not guarantee the continued availability of any virtual asset or game experience.

USER CONDUCT
